One van with a flat back of nice-sized logs dumped and loaded into a mini-wall of China inside 90 minutes - phew, I am exhausted and can feel it on my back.
Where's that cup of tea now?
No snow here but the occasional hail storm rattling away - the fire is nicely smouldering. Might just be time for a crumpet with loads of butter - or perhaps a scone with clotted cream and jam - not that butter stuff they use across the Tamar on their scones......tut.

We have an amazing small maker down in Newlyn right by the bridge, called Judds which has been there since the year dot. Their ice cream works really well with the cream.
Another good one is Treleavens - based at Looe...that's worth tracking down too and their gooseberry ice cream is also well worth trying!

Yes, I have had it on an ice cream. On the coastal path at Chapelporth there used to be an icecream van that did a "Hedgehog" which was vanilla ice cream covered in clotted cream and then nuts if I remember rightly. My gran made the best cream. It was bright yellow. The breed of cow that the milk comes from makes a difference.
