Bought this this morning, but I can't find, either on the label or online how often it needs applying. Or is it a one off treatment. TIA

It will need re-applying once a month to keep it working properly, moisture in the air or temperature does not effect it at all.
The less you use your wipers the less it needs re- applying.
Use it on the side windows and rear as well.

I never found the interior anti-fog to be as good as hoped so never stuck with it, anybody else rate it?
Regarding Rain-X for the exterior of the windscreen, as Toureman indicates, it's amazing stuff and in certain conditions is BETTER than using the wipers because the water beads immediately it touches the windscreen. The faster you go the better it works! "But officer I was driving at 100 in a 70 limit for improved visibility!"
