i guess it could be similar to an audi. i had to dismantle half the engine to get enough of my arm in to get the headlight bulb out and put a new one in.
If it is just the cost of one bulb to get it done. may as well let them do it. If you can, watch, learn what needs to be done for next time. Or buy a Haynes ?
It's just a bit of a pain as I have to drive to the other side of town to do it. If one of the guys comes back to the office later I'll see if they have a clue - though I doubt it. If not then I'll have to take it back tomorrow and watch what they do so I know for next time like you suggested.
Lol Ginge. I do have dainty little wrists but sadly my fingers don't bend in 12 directions.
It has just occured to me in the 6 years I've had the car it's the first time I remember having to change a headlight bulb so I can't complain too much.
Search for the answer on Google, - my husband did that when trying to replace the rear bulb in his Ford Fusion, and found the answer which enabled him to find the solution to the problem
