For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.have a look at the fuel pump, should be on the front of the engine with 4 metal pipes coming from it to the injectors. depending on your imobiliser type it could be very easy or not so easy to change the solenoid valve.
Look for a single wire going to something similar to a temperature sender but bigger on the fuel pump, this should be the solenoid valve, just undo it in normal anti-clockwise directio and lift out , put new one in reverse of above.
The other type will be a black box on the fuel pump which has electrics for the solenoid and as its part of the immobiliser is a bit of a pain to change, if you are not too clued up on it a garage may be the best option, ask around, you'll get it done loads cheaper if you avoid the dealer
