Hiya.. About 16 months ago, Mr C got a speeding ticket, it was a static camera, he paid the fine, and got the points in his licence!.. Its just occured to me, he never let his insurance comany know, I was just wondering... whether he should have.. I'm guessing he should have... and If he comes clean now, will he get into trouble for not notifying them straight away! Thanks in advance for any replies.. and happy pancake day! Mrs C x

Same thing happened to me crisper. I realised 4 months after I received the points that I hadn't told my insurance company. I phoned them and they were fine about it telling me it makes no difference just now but when it comes to renewal it will increase, which it did.

Thanks Vodkancoke.. thats pretty much what we thought... he's on the phone as we speak!! lol..xx
So, when it comes to renewal it's a trip to the comparison website to see who really wants the business ?
One speeding ticket makes little difference. May be harder to get a quote online but pick up the dog and ring round you'll still get good deals.
