Know what you mean mooney, we passed an HGV artic on the M1 last week, the driver had his book propped up on the steering wheel while he ate his sandwich.

There was a feature the other day about a police HGV which cruises the motorways, being high it can see right into cabs and what car drivers are doing - their prosecution rate was quite gratifying.

ayg, yes, I'd like some sort of reverse death ray thingy that would identify their frequency and use it to make their phones explode.

Only yesterday I stopped and yelled at a driver on her phone waiting to come accross the junction. She already had the drivers side smashed in. No wonder. She was also approaching a school patrol crossing. I think he heard me but I wish hed taken her number. Hes trying to protect our kids against people like her. They will never learn until its too late
