radio code ford focus

Hi
Despite using the right code, my Ford focus radio turn on for 2 or 3 minutes, then stops, and it shows on the board " blocked".
Please tell me what to do.

I would ring your nearest Ford dealer and check the code is correct, or if really near/local to you, pop it in to them and ask them to look at it. If the code is correct the parts customer assistant should be able to sort it out for you, at hopefully, no cost to you.

Codes in case you forget the numbers, cost approx £15 to obtain and re-install, so if the code is correct as you mention, then obviously a block has occurred, maybe due to 'lockout', as you may have incorrectly put in the code three times or more.

That'll be my solution......and hope you get it fixed. :)

You should visit your nearest Ford dealer and present the car with proof of ownership and then they will access the data base with the information from your car. Some dealers have a charge for this service.
