Get some T-cut or metallic T-cut depending on your paint. You may end up doing the whole car but try the bonnet first. T-cut 'revives' dull/lightly scratched paintwork and so the colour will change slightly.
If it's still a problem after that, get some liquid colour polish which is the nearest match to your paint colour. This can conceal light scratching and works quite well.
