handsfree car kit

Hi,
i bought a jmc hands free car kit at a boot fair. It says that i need an audio adaptor to connect it with. i have been on ebay, and it shows one which is a jack plug converter, from large to small, and another which is a micro usb to female jack. the hands free has buttons on it for talk and listen etc, the phone is a nokia C1, which has an earphone female jack at the top and a micro usb inlet on the side. so which adaptor do you think i need?
