i've got a six year old second hand Daewoo matiz with a new motor in it just fitted by the dealer that sold it to me.

there is a slight play on the acceleraror and i was just woundering how much play there should be. what i mean is on the carburetor (or what nowadays replaces a carbureter) the cable has some slack so should i tighten the ajustment to take up the slack ? my sister keeps cutting the engine on start cause she thinks that she is reving the motor slightly but not much is realy happening. then in an attemp to stop it cutting out she over revs and skids at start off

thanks all for you elp
