fiat panda 06 engine managment ight goes on and off

hi there, i have a fiat panda 06 auto about 3 weeks ago was really heavy rain, i went through a deep puddle that i couldent avoid, a few moments latr the engine management light came on bu after about 4 turns of ignition key it goes off took to garage came up on dianostic prob with fuel injectors garage changed plugs and leads whch seem to solve the problem for 2weeks and now is back on again same code has came up again but this time never went through any puddles but it had been raining i would appreciate any advice. many thanks in advance
