Businesses Warn Of Job Losses Threat As...

We are thinking about giving up caravan touring and perhaps going for a new static caravan on a good site. Our kids and their families could use it then.
Can anyone give us an idea of how the cost would break down per week taking into account the cost of the new van (say around 35,000) plus site fees, electricity, water and of course insurance. I have done a rough calculation of 165 per week for say 10 years. Don't know if 10 years is the usual term or not.
Then at the end of the 10 year period, unless the site fee was renewed, I would have a small sum of money to come back to me in the value of the second-hand caravan with no site. This is the basis I have used.
Know lots about touring caravans, nothing about sited vans. Any tips appreciated. Not looking to let it out. Thank you in advance.
