hi i have a 2005 2.2 diesel ,the problem is it wont start if the engine is hot and struggles to start when cold. The mechanic has tried 2 new crank sensors and a cooling sensor ,he has also checked the glow plugs ....still has`nt solved the problem and has now given up .... any ideas out there ? Thanks

Air getting into the system?
Has it an electric cut off switch? I once had trouble with a Peugeot 405 years ago, replaced & sorted.

not sure about electric cut off switch -what is it used for ?
As soon as you switch the Ign off It cuts off the fuel flow, has the Fuel filters been changed? if so are they seated well ( Tight)?
