Are you one of those people who take a sneaky peak at your presents or do you actually wait 'til Christmas Day?
One of my neighbours brought over a tin of Quality Street, and not only have I opened it, I've started to tuck in!
Does this make me a bad person or would any of you do the same?

No, never - part of the fun is the waiting!
Yes!! Always! I also get too excited giving people their presents and get impatient when they don't open them..
When I was ten years old and Mum went out, I went to where the presents where on top of the wardrobe and slightly opened each one! It was such an anti climax on Christmas Day when I knew what I was getting that I never did it again!!
save me the orange creams
When I was about 13 I was left alone Christmas Eve night while the family went to the pub! I unpeeled the sellotape and peeked at every single present to me under the tree. Christmas day was the worst ever and I've never been tempted to peek since.
We both learned the hard way prudie!!
Yeah snap carole, awful wasn't it (especially as none of the presents were that exciting anyway!)
I'm the world's worst Missprim. I have to feel, squeeze and peek.
I never have a sneak peak... partly because i'm too lazy to bother and partly because I usually know what i'm getting :)
You're all dreadful, where's your patience and anticipation?!

Boxy why is it fun to wait and there is no anticipation with somethings (like Quality Street) 'cos you know what they are.
Because then you get the pleasure of opening the things on Christmas Day (which is when you are meant to) - and if I opened all the goodies I've been gathering for Christmas food over the past few weeks, there'd be nothing left by the 25th.
What?? You ate your neighbour's Quality Street????

I don't think I have any will power :-(
I guess it harks back to my childhood - we had a timetable - we could look but not open our stockings from Santa until 7am, then we came downstairs and had breakfast after Mum had been to church, then we had presents at 11am, so we could have Christmas lunch then listen to the Queen (we didn't have a TV).
When i still lived at home, before i married, we always had all our christmas presents on christmas eve.
christmas day we always have roast lamb for dinner followed by homemade apple pie and custard.
There has been a carrier bag, containing my unwrapped Christmas gift, under the stairs since October.

I'll have a look on Christmas day and relocate it as necessary.
I don't peek at my pressies at all.........but I do get the whole house up at 6am to open them! I'm a big kid! lol
No peaking form me. If the Quality Street were hard to resist I'd buy a few but still leave the gift until Christmas Day. No fun otherwise.
I've not received any Christmas prezzies for the past 5 years, so I don't get the chance to peek :(

But 'Christmas stuff' (such as that rather nice Stollen I've got, and the Belgian choccies) is definitely saved for Christmas!
