I thought originally it was just aimed at under 25's but I may be wrong.

I'd been with Direct Line for 20 years and was disgusted at their premium hike this year..............I'm now with the RAC.

For us boys, its not going up - its coming down.
So, naturally we are all delighted.

Unfortunately, thanks to our Lords and Masters in Europe, it will affect women of all ages. They have decreed that premiums must be set on gender, not perceived risk. Therefore women, who generally cost the insurance companies less due to fewer claims will see their premiums raised and men's premiums should fall, maybe.

I'm a bloke and I think it's unfair. It's a pity our "Government" don't tell Brussels to mind their own business, not just on this matter but a lot of others too.

pants......anything to get people to pay more. if women pay more, surely men should pay less and balance the books properly. but, the insurance companies will be greedy and hike prices for all instead (and still be difficult when it suits them!) x

Craft it is a golden rule NEVER to use the same company 2 years running , you will be ripped off.

I got my insurance online and it was £54 less-with the same company. I rang the company for comments and they said ''good for you, go for it that way''
