Eos Licencing

I'm involved in hospital radio & we've been told that this year, in addition to the usual PRS licence we also need an Eos licence. I understand that this may only relate to music performed in the Welsh language but we haven't been able to find out actual information on the new licence. Does anyone know either what the licencing rules are (we're an English language station) or how we contact Eos for for information?

If I understand it correctly, Eos is a company and you need the license to use their particular service/s.

Whilst the dispute is in progress still they don't actually seem to be issuing licences - though this seems to go against their published timeframe (1st Jan 2013). The EOS site above does have a couple of email address for further information so they might be worth a contact if you are concerned.

Thanks for the advice. The Hospital Broabcasting Association have been trying to find out more without success, so we'll try approaching EOS direct via their website.
