Just had a wonderful day at the above mentioned legendary place.
It was the annual "Double 12" meet up with loads of classic old cars, Bentleys, E-Type Jags, Morgans, Marcoses and the legendary Napier Railton WHAT a sound that made!
Anyone else a fan of this special place?

Oh yes!!! I love that place too! Fantastic day out if you like cars and racing etc that is.

...and aviation! They wheeled out a replica of a 1900s monoplane and started it up, it was fascinating (and a bit surreal) seeing this woman dressed up in the flying gear of the time sitting beneath as it sat there stationary with the engine running for a few minutes.

I wondered why I had seen some interesting cars on trailers and on the road over the last couple of days, now I know!

It is an excellent place to visit the hotel serves the best Bloody Mary I've had in years!

LOL - I'll have to to remember that.
I've 'stolen' a view from the balcony of Mercedes world before - otherwise the view of the track is a bit limited. You must live near the A3 then ;-)
