I park my car on public road between two driveways approx a car and a half in length.
I do not block either driveway and as I got to my vehicle I noticed a note on windscreen? apparently asking me to park elsewhere as they cannot park outside there house?.they have a driveway and as far as I am aware where I park is public road.
can this person make me move my vehicle even though they have a driveway?.
No they can't if it's a public road. So long as you are not obstructing them, you are displaying a valid tax disc and there are no parking restrictions - your lovely neighbour doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Anybody with a legal vehicle can park on any public road where there are no restrictions in place, with the usual exceptions - parking restrictions, brow of a hill, on a junction etc
I don't think what you are doing is a towable offence, but if you are parked next to someone's driveway and it makes it difficult for them to see what is coming down the road when exiting their driveway then I can maybe understand why they are a bit hacked off. However, I don't think they have any right to make you move your car.
Nobody has a right to park on a *PUBLIC* road outside their own house
Generally, most places I've lived there is a unsaid gentleman's agreement that the space right outside your house is your space and the neighbours won't park there, but if they choose to do so there is bugger all anyone can do about it as it's totally legal.
plus, if you always park there they know who you are so why don;t they knock on your door and speak to you properly instead of being spinelss cowards. Has someone just moved there or have you just moved there or something? what has triggered the note if you ahve been parking there for ages?
It's more likely that you are restricting vision for getting in or out..or restricting turn needed to get on off driveway...especially if they don't have power steering or are disabled in anyway...
