isle of wight buses

is it just me or are the buses on the iow strange- it seems that they go around in circles before reaching their destinaytion.

are locals happy with their service

why is it so expensive and why can you not get return fares like anywhere else in the uk

all seems a bit of a rip off to me

Went there several years ago and took a bus from Newport to Sandown, half way back it suddenly turned into the Local School bus and we went around in circles for absoulte ages, couldnt get off and get another one as I had no Idea where we were:-)

it is very strange i agree we took a bus once and it went past the same pub twice and took about an hour to make a journey of about 5 miles

any islander who can shed any light on this would be interesting
