What happens when a car is classified as 'written off but repairable' (Category C or D).? Does it need to be tested before it can go back on the road or does it need a certificate of any kind.?
If you buy one of these cars from an insurance company do they supply the car documents (registration book etc.) at time of purchase or do you need to apply to the DVLA in Swansea for this?
