Sorry yes, just reading up on the Skoda.
60PS = 59 BHP, it's the way power output of engines is now measured...at least by Europeans. The 75PS will have a better power output...25% more.

Righto thanks, I will try to understand. Never had to make the decision on my own before :(
If you are looking at the VW Up still then the 75 is deemed to be slightly nippier but the 60 produces the same torque so the difference is small.

(I'd go for the Skoda version.)
