My son is on JSA. Unfortunately his marriage seems to have come to an end, and it is possible that it might get messy; there are children invoved. I want him to see a solicitor to see if he can get some help, but he thinks tha changes to Legal Aid will not allow this. I believe the changes have not yet bee introduced, and he could still get legal help. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Your son may well be correct as you will find Legal Aid is not available for many family matters unless there is domestic abuse involved.
