Clock On Dash

The clock on my dashboard is showing zero today although its been working perfectly fine up until today the outside temperature display next to the clock is still working fine any ideas what could be wrong tia

Might this be a Peugeot/Citroen model by any chance? The display shows the temperature (from a sensor in the nearside wing mirror) clock and radio station. When any part of the computer behind the display dies, the lot has to be replaced and it costs around £400. I stuck a fridge magnet clock on mine.
