Does Anyone Know Where I Can Find The Usrn Numbers Of Roads In The Uk?

I am looking for the USRN numbers of roads in the UK particularly in Preston and Chorley. I was recommended the follow document:

but this did not help with my query unless I have missed something.

Oh dear, well it does give all the USRN numbers so not sure where to go from there.

methyl- it may be for geo-caching purposes, although that's just a hunch based on the OP's previous questions

Sorry I can't help- I just found the link for you but have no knowledge/interest in geocaching.

There is, however, another keen geocacher that used to be on here a lot (reddevil or something like that)- hopefully he'll see the thread and may be able to help.
