Set Language To English On Tomtom Sat Nav

My Tomtom sat nav switched from English to a language I don't even recognize.I've lost the instruction booklet. How do i get it to revert back to English remembering that I can't read any of the on screen words.

Hopefully you'll know which TomTom you've got (because the instructions vary by model). See if this helps:
