Hi All
Some years ago I had a Citroen Xsara Picasso that suffered from really bad galre on the dashboard. I managed to buy an item called a Dashmat that removed almost all of the galre - it just fitted on top of the dsah and was "tailor made". I now have a Peugeot 3008 and ahve the same problem. I have tried Googling dashmat and dashboard covers but the only places that seem to have them are in the USA. Does anybody know where I might get one for my car ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are referring to glare/reflections from the top of the dash onto the windscreen....and if you really can't source exactly what you are looking for...you could try using fine-textured anti-slip matting cut-to-size and placed on top of the dash. A friend has done just this...and it works a treat. Example....

When I lived in the Middle East, many cars had a piece of carpet roughly trimmed to cover the dash.

(Mine didn't which probably explains why the plastic distorted and cracked)

You can get dashboard spray which dries to a matt finish.

I think I saw some in Asda a while ago.

http://www.customcarmats.com.au has them for most RHD. Older Holdens are the same as Vauxhall... verify using the Haynes manual uk and au catalogues.

Just checked this out, the Australian version of the 3008 differs from the UK one so wouldn't fit. Thanks anyway
