I acquired a car a few weeks ago .

I was given section 10 of the Registration Certificate (V5C)
The dealer said they would send off the required parts to the DVLA .

Looking at a V5C just now - Is that correct or should i have been given the V5C to complete section 6 and 8 , and send off to the DVLA , myself ?

Buyer and seller both complete and sign the change of keeper section.

Seller gives buyer the new keeper section and sends off the document to DVLA, to inform of new keeper.

Unless they have changed it again.
