50 Shades Of Boring Dull Colours
Is there a shortage of colour pigments in the motor industry? The reason I ask is that most new cars are only typically available in one colour or white, silver, grey, titanium, black, etc. i.e. shades rather than colours?

I fanticise about those cars, Aston especially but in reallity I drive bangers because the state of our roads, thieving scrotes and all the other negatives about driving would make me fearful of having anything really nice.
One of my colleagues has a Subaru, it's been souped up into something very special but he has to park it away from everyone else incase some onescratches it, he polishes it on his breaks...it's just sad...

Eddies1 - Motability cars are not liable for the £500 extra for metallic paint. Challenge your dealer if they try and charge you for the colour you want next time.
Although I agree that there is precious little choice at the moment, I tend to choose the car I want and pick the least boring colour being offered.
