If you had any notion that someone you knew was in bad health, eyesight, reaction, hearing, would you advise them to " call it a day" and hand their licence in? if they would not take your advice would you take measures to avoid an accident waiting to happen & report them to the police?

In my case it was my husband, he was near the end of life and heavily reliant on Oramorph amongst other meds. I let it go as far as I dared then had to call a halt, he was by then too weak to argue or defy me , it wasn't easy.
