Named Driver On Daughters Car Insurance.
A couple of times a year we visit our daughter in London. From there we hire a car to visit our Granddaughter in Oxford. Our daughter has bought a car and has said she'll put me on her insurance to give fully comp cover. This rather than we use her car using the third party on my car insurance. I am wondering if she had to make a claim on her insurance would there be any repercussions for the insurance on my car. She's not a named driver on my car insurance.

If she had to claim would I have to declare to my insurance or declare if looking for a quote. Would hate to find, through ignorance, if I had an accident MY insurance had been canceled. Seem to be seeing this being reported a lot lately, some haven't even been warned.
