problem with my ford fiesta ghia

the ABS and the BTCS=brake traction system control lights are staying illuminated they go out and then car makes a odd noise then light comes back on any ideas?

Probably some sensor or other somewhere has busted good.  Take your car in to have a diagnostic on the system.
