I wonder why they targeted British children?

It is reported that Thomas Cook has moved 60 families to another hotel after panic spread, why would anyone think their children would be safer in any other hotel?

Best prevention from this type of thing is surely, never to take your eyes of your children for one second, abroad and at 'home'.

Unfortunately that is the type of world we all live in today.

so an alternative possibility is that someone tried to take photos of kids, which people used to do all the time, and now he's been held as a possible kidnapper and hundreds of panicking parents have had to change hotels... God knows what the truth of it is, but it may well be just media hysteria.

A little more that just taking photos and media hysteria, it would seem, but I suppose to those blinked rose tinted spec wearers, that is all it could possibly be.
