I've always thought that if you don't have your own car or can't afford a taxi you should stay in. Removing buses from the roads would really ease congestion.

As a BMW Driver, amongst other cars, I am supposed to be contemptuous of buses and bus passengers, I'm not, so long as the bus does not hold me up when it stops to pick up passengers!
