Ford Fusion 1.4 Tdi Non-Starter After Bely Change
Hi.
I put my Fusion into a garage for a service and timing belt change.
Now the mechanic says he cannot start it.
He says he has checked the fuel, electrics and timing, all seems correct but it still refuses to start.
He has been working on it for 4 days.
Can anyone suggest anything.

Are the Fuel filter seal correctly seated?
Although you are looking for a possible cause Mole, it's down to them to put it right as it went in running, as said, if you are in need of a car, tell them that you intend to hire one, DO TELL THEM before you hire otherwise they could refuse to pay the bill.

On a point Mole, I'd be very wary of what they might try here!! They MIGHT JUST SAY, it's this that has gone, or that has just packed up, come back with, the car came in with NO PROBLEMS & came in for a Service that you can not archive, a service meaning the car will have been serviced to run, not to stand for 4 days, you are also paying Road Funds / Insurance funds without the use of your car & you want compensation for the loss, stand your ground, if they try & fob you off advise them you will be taking this further.
