Shortfall On Renewal.

some time ago I purchased the Norton 360 anti virus thingy. I have been really pleased with its performance but after paying for the renewal I noticed I didn't get the dedicated "face book wall scanner" which was with the version I originally purchased. :/ and now there's iffy stuff going on with my face book. I'm paying for a renewal of my original purchase but they are not renewing the same. I asked Norton about this and they said to take it up with whoever I renewed it with ! what the !?!?!???? what wd you do for eg. ? I'm really miffed about this.

Why is Norton so important?

Avast or AVG are free anti-virus progs and work fine.
