Viral Clip - Motorist Hitting Cyclist With His Own Bicycle

I am looking for a clip that went viral.

I believe it was also shown on police interceptor television show.

It shows a man in a suit exiting his car, clearly struck with road rage at a cyclist. He then lifts the cyclist's bicycle and attempts to hit him with it.

There are many road rage inspired clips, but it is the one where a cyclist's own bicycle is used as a weapon against him that I am after.

The driver and cyclist are both male.

I mentioned this clip to a friend who is looking to reference it for a report.

Any help to track this down would be very much appreciated.
