With the ever increasing pot holes, N/S Gutter drains, ruts, Road manholes, do you know if your car is safe? not everyone is fit enough to get under their car to check, but is your car safe? what would be the outcome if your car caused an accident & it was found to be unsafe without you been aware of a damaged part, could you get sued?

If...
sigh
If the steering is okay I assume that the wheels and steering hasn't been affected by the pothole or whatever.
If I hear a nasty noise when I hit a pothole (I try not to) I do put the car on the ramps and have a look underneath.

You can only be sued if you ignored evidence that your car might have been damaged - and it can be proved that you should have known.
lol at OG
i just wonder how many drivers actually walk round their cars before driving off checking for flats tyres etc ,
