I have a seat leon 2007 6 speed standard, it will not go in reverse easily I have to try a lot so it can change to reverse.

Take it to a garage.
Probably the cable / rod ( from gear stick to gearbox ) needs some adjustment.
Apologies if you have tried this, but when it won't go in, release the clutch pedal and press it down again. It might then go in more easily.
Yes and if you are changing from a forward gear directly into reverse try releasing the clutch as the gearstick passes through neutral. It's called "double de-clutching" and before syncromesh gearboxes all gearchanges had to be made this way.
New Judge, I used to love the double declutch method, it sorted the men from the boys, the drivers from the drovers.
I have a new car and I still double declutch when changing down a gear on a hill, old habits die hard!!
