Would This Count As Unreasonable Obstruction?
We live on a busy road, I put in a drive many years ago there are 2 cars parked on the left of my drive, one to the right, opposite they have a drive but has just started parking one of their cars directly opposite my drive, this reduces the traffic flow, I never Drive into my drive unless I am working on my car I always back in, at times I have a struggle due to the car parking opposite my drive, would you call this Unreasonable Obstruction?

There have been loads of complaints about the parking cost , a lot of people drive to the next small village station and park there where the car parks are free as they are owned by the rail company . But our station has sold it's car park to a private parking company .
A single parking space in Cambridge was sold for £90,000 a few months back , just a space no garage.

That's crazy money just to park and get on a train. Our nearest station charges £3 per day. That is only Weston Super Mare, though. I wish they'd charge a bit more TBH, you have to get there at silly o'clock to bag a space.
Going back to the OP briefly, I live opposite a pub which has plenty of free parking, but people still block my drive. I managed to run after one couple before they got into the pub, and asked them to move their car. They said, 'oh, sorry, we didn't know you wanted to get out.' Grrr!

It was the last time I bothered to look. I was amazed at how expensive it was. They may have reduced it now as there were so many complaints and people were driving to the small village stations that had free car parks and getting the train there . That was causing even more complaints. There is a Tesco with 1500 free spaces 600 yds up the road and rail users park there and walk to the station, I think even Tesco complained about it.
All this reminded me of the days I lived on a small housing estate, a couple doors down from me there a truly obnoxious old guy that complained about everything! One morning there was some loud banging on my front door, on answering, I find this guy stood there waving his arms and screaming at me. It turned out that I hat parked my Landrover in a different position than usual and this guy had reversed his shiney new car around the corner into the back of my off road RangeRover. Unfortunately for him the rear bumper had been replaced with an RSJ and it was fitted with a rather large military style tow hitch. Anyway I was immediately amused by this as I walked over to his pride and joy and pointed out just how large the Range Rover was and "how on earth could you not see it!" Well, the RSJ and the tow hitch could not have done more damage, and it didn't go down to well when I told him I wanted him to pay for my time to touch up the red oxide paint that had been scratched off my bumper! He was probably one of the most horrible guys I have ever come across. My Range Rover legally parked, he just wasnt expecting it to be parked there. I was still smiling when I was touching up my paintwork, in fact I'm still smiling now!! :-)
TWR I feel your pain, I live on a busy terraced street and it's just down to nice neighbours leaving the spot free in front of your house. I've had a few issues with a large van parking right outside my house, blocking all the light from the living room window! But unfortunately if you can still get in and out, albeit with a bit of difficulty, then the best you can do is ask them nicely. I do completely understand how irritating it must be though! Good luck.
