I'm Italian American and I'm looking for some schools with a lot of kids that I can share my experiences with as an Italian American, and not seem "exotic".

This website is UK-based, so there won't be many people around here with knowledge of Italian communities in the USA. (It also doesn't help that you refer to both 'schools' and 'colleges' in your post. In the UK 'schools' usually means up to 16 years, with 'colleges' meaning 16 to 18 years and 'universities' meaning post-18 - although there are exceptions - so it's not clear from your post how old you are).

Howevrer the University of Connecticut seems to be 'Italian friendly', so that might be a good state to start your search in:

Get out there and meet other people from different backgrounds and with different life experiences....doing that will educate you well in your understanding of the people around you.
