Sunday. No frost or snow this morning. I'm happy with that!

The trundlebuggy passed it's MOT with no problems. One slight hitch, the man doing it I know him well, (I remember his first day there, he's now the workshop manager,) came to tell me I had a flat tyre. Now, I always walk round the car first thing to make sure all is well, everything was well, so off I went, car going well, I think I'd have noticed a flat tyre! so it can only have happened when I got to the garage. Two tyres were close to wanting replacement, so the flat one was swapped with one of these, so only needed to change one. T'other one still a couple of thousand miles in it yet, so all is well.
Just the usual running around this morning. Then construct an email to my council lass, the one who pays the contractors, about my claim for compensation. It's into week six now! I'll ask if it can be settled before Christmas.

Have a happy day everyone.

Good to hear your trundle buggy is good to keep trundling you from place to place. The flat may have happened on your way.

I check our cars before they need testing, everything works until I get there ;-(.

"Fair dinkum" tester, it was working when I left home ;-/
Morning, WBM. Our Golf will need an MOT in January and the Insurance needs renewing around Boxing Day. It's also going to need a good service fairly soon.

Expensive thing is motoring. xxx

Morning NM xxx You're not wrong there my lovely! I have an advisory note too, to say most of the brake pipes will need replacing before next time. But it's not bad for a fiteen year old Astra.

How a re you and bump this morning?
Hi Nom, all good?

Had a dirty frustrating day.

Mrs Oz has a Chevy Captiva, think that's what you call them up there.

Seized hand brake cable, took ages and lots of cursing to remove it.
Will order a new one tomorrow, should be easy to fit and adjust, fingers crossed.
Due for it's "mot" before January.

I know how to have fun ;-/
Yes, update us all about your "baby bump" Nom.

Bump is fine thanks. Kicks are reducing now - I suppose there's less room to manoeuvre now.

Not long now NM. Before minty day perhaps.
Question Author
Well done minty. the doggies will be happy.
My only injury was cutting my little finger with a veg peeler. I couldn't believe how much blood it produced. Other than that I've been very good :-)
