I have a composite door with two panels in the top with leaded glass. I thought it was condensation but it seems the coating on the inside of.the first panel is breaking down (similar to when you had an old mirror and the backing wore off. I had the door fitted 7yrs ago. Would anyone know if the 10yr guarantee would cover this or has anyone else experienced this

Wouldn't know, but would blooming well hope it was covered. What does the paperwork say ?
if you bought the glass with the door, rather than adding it later, yes, I'd think so.
Speak to the installer or contact FENSA.
FENSA, is that an IQ group for the Fick ?

It's the original glass in the door. I will contact them when they reopen in the new year and hopefully it will be.covered.
