Hello. I have a litlle problem. I've just bougth a used ford mondeo aspen1995 petrol 1598cc and it has no any audio device. So i decided to connect one of my radio cassette player but i can't find out which wires i have to connect for the power supply. I mean i can't find out which is positive or negative(earth) wires. I don't have a direct current power tester. Maybe you can help me.
Thank you for your time.

The only complicating factor which sometimes occurs is where there are two positve leads. One of these is permanently 'live' and one is switched via the ignition key. Your question, however, seems to imply that you've only got two power leads so, hopefully, you won't have a problem.
If you need to identify which leads go to which speakers, just connect a torch battery across two ends. When you hear a click in a speaker as you do so, you'll have identified the leads connected to that speaker.

ford use there own radio players if this has been removed like you say providing that no one as cut any wires you should have a block conecter in your wiring it should be black if so what you need to do is go to halfords and you can buy a pre wired connecter that fits in your ford connection this will let u fit any sterio in there i know this because ive just done my mates focus you should pay around 10 -15 for the connecter
ps you may have too buy a plate also depening on what cassette your fitting but halfords sell these aswell
