Am I being cheated?

One week ago my car an M reg Renault Clio RT stopped quite suddenly. The garge told me it was the cylinder head gasket. I had this repaired, and eveything appeared to be fine. On Sunday my car lost all power, and the engine would not turn over. Now the garage tells me it is the electrics..... the coil, and the crank sensor which will cost �90.00 plus VAT to repair. The bill for the cylinder head gasket and water pump came to �740.00. Two weeks before the cylinder head gasket went, I asked this garage to have a look at my lights because two of my headlights were out. This cost me �45.00, apparently the radio was incorrectly wired! My car has clocked up around 76.000 miles, and is used daily - a distance of 10 miles, I have been in posession of this car for 4 years and previously it has had two owners from new. Please can someone answer the question..'Am I being cheated because I'm a woman'?
