Do you mean the rear windscreen washer jet? If so, the screen wash comes out of a nozzle at the base of the wiper arm (well, it does on my Bravo, which is similar). If no water's coming out, then you've either run out of screen wash or the nozzle is blocked (use a pin or sewing needle to clear it).
