fiat brava code

I have just brought a fiat brava 1.2, year 2001, i had to take the battery off and didnt think until afterwards about the cd player. I was just wondering does anyone know how i can get the code so i can start using the radio/cd player again.PLEASE HELP

Had the same problem with a mondeo, a volvo and just today my punto, most dealers hold computerised list of radio codes which they will supply for a fee. contact your local fiat dealer who will probably charge you �10- �15 to obtain the code, there is no guarantee that will work so the other option is to visit a car audio cantre- yopu know - the ones like motorworld, full of young men buying spoilers for their citroens- they can decode and recode and supply a code of your choice- abot �20. goodluck

If you got any paperwork when you bought the car, it might be worth checking through it. On my X reg Bravo it's a 4 digit code and the previous owner had kindly written it in the manual and boy did I thank him afterwards !
