Car Dealerships/Face Masks.
I’ve got to take my car in next week for a minor problem.
I’ve opted to wait. (3 - 4 hours).
Anyone know if a mask will be compulsory in the waiting area?
If so, I may have to make alternative arrangements.
I couldn’t wear one for that length of time.

I have no particular views on social distancing because it doesn't present me with any additional risk (especially as I don't swerve into the road without looking to avoid passing other people "too closely").
All the garage in question has to do if it has such concerns is simply to allow no waiting on their premises. They have no need to "worry" about their customers.

Everybody is losing trade as a result of Covid regulations. My local Chinese restaurant is now "full" when the 60% of tables he's been permitted to keep are taken. My local pub is now "full" when all of the (reduced number) of seats are taken. My local buses only allow about 30% of capacity to be used before the "Bus Full" sign goes up. There's no reason why garages should be any different.
