peugeot 205 1.6 gti

Hi could anyone explain to me how do I lower the rear end of my 205 1.6 gti? I've put spax adjustables all round and the front is way lower than the back, I know Ithat I need to turn a spline on the axle but i've noticed there's a bar that goes through the axle and there's two bars either side of it. Which ones do I need to turn?

Sorry to say but its one of those questions that if you need to ask you should not start job.You would be better off finding someone who has done it before.
