volvo c70

Anyone out there give me the pros and cons of a volvo c70 (2.3/2.4 T5 model) against a merc clk 230 komp (apart from price)? Trying to decide which to buy. Would like to hear from any c70 owners on their take on the car. I'm looking for an auto model, probably 3-5 years old. Thanks.

Dont own one (would love to) but how many merc clk motorway traffic patrol cars do you see? If its good enough for those lot they must be alright in my book - but like the bizzies i would go for the v70 personally. Better build and reliability from the volvo aswell and in my opinion a much cooler car (if that is an issue for you). I think the merc might hold its value better but thats better for you if you are buying second hand. I have driven both and i prefered the volvo.
