Evening lovely people, quick question. My SON has a private reg he wants us to put on our car, can we put his reg on our car or do we need to transfer it over to us first? The docs are registered to him. Regards Alison.

Just to clarify - your son is the registered keeper of your car?
Is the private number currently registered to a vehicle?

Another question - will the private reg make your car appear younger than it really is? For example, putting a 2020 reg on a 2018 car.
